Project Experience
Since our inception in 2000, Panther has already successfully self-performed over 500 major projects for industrial clients and consultants throughout the United States, all in our core service areas. Our recent experience has included projects involving facility decontamination; plant industrial services; UST/AST removal and upgrades on tanks exceeding 1,000,000 million gallons; numerous site remediation projects including implementation of chemical oxidation/reduction technologies, zero-valent iron systems, and enhanced reductive dechlorination programs among other conventional approaches such as SVE and air sparging; lab packing of over 15,000 containers; site civil services; and demolition of multiple facilities, structures and plants. Management Experience
Panther's key managers consist of individuals whom have held executive positions within multiple related industries in which our firm is specializing. These industries include the consulting industry, contracting field and the redevelopment arena. Strong banking support assures that the highest quality equipment and personnel are utilized on Panther projects.
Business Sectors
Panther has targeted the manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, consulting, and commercial / industrial real estate industries. These industries have provided over 100 key clients to the company's owners over the past 20 years, and they have remained loyal to Panther's team of professionals through times of corporate buy-out and/or employer changes. Members of Panther's management and support team have held management positions in national environmental consulting / engineering firms (Roux Associates, ERM, Shaw Corporation), multi-billion dollar environmental construction companies (Philip Services, OH Materials), and Regulatory Agencies (NJDEP, USACOE). We have developed credibility and loyalty among numerous clients throughout these target industries.
Health + Safety Compliance
All Panther field personnel have completed a 40 hour course in Health and Safety operations, with 8 hour updates in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.120. All supervisory personnel have also completed 8 hours of additional training in supervision of hazardous material sites. Additionally, Panther's employees have additional training in blood borne pathogens, DOT regulations, first aid, CPR and confined space entry. Safety is considered a #1 priority by Panther's management team. Panther receives savings on our workman's compensation costs as a result of our Experience Modified Rating (EMR) being less than 1.0 (0.82). All Panther personnel participate in a medical monitoring program. OSHA Certificates are available for all personnel upon request.
